This week You! has collaborated with food maestro Lubna Shariff to serve the readers with a healthy and yummy recipe of 'Fruit yoghurt' for all those who have a sweet tooth. This mouth watering sweet dish is perfect for summers, as it is a combo of mangoes, pineapples and of course yoghurt! Bon appetite!
ingredients:
n Yoghurt 1 cup
n Mango pulp 1/2 cup
n Pineapple pulp 1/2 cup
n Cream 2 tbsps
n Ground sugar 1-2 tbsps
n Gelatine 1 tbsp
n Cherries for garnishing

method:
n Firstly dissolve the gelatine in hot water.
n Beat the yoghurt till it becomes smooth.
n Now add in the cream, sugar, mango and pineapple pulps and mix well.
n Carefully add in the gelatine while stirring it constantly.
n Set it in a bowl and leave it to chill in the refrigerator.
n Garnish it with cherries and your delicious fruit yoghurt is ready to be served.
