Celeb Tweets

Ali Zafar (@AliZafarsays): Mehdi Hassan moves on and lives forever. Leaving us with a legacy of music, magic, memories, and so much more than words can describe. In my opinion, government should build an institution on his name to continue his legacy through young/aspiring and established singers/musicians.

Imran Khan (@ImranKhanPTI): Saddened to hear of the death of our legend Mehdi Hassan. His music will live on but we are poorer with his passing away.

Atif Aslam (@itsaadee): Big loss Pakistan, Allah Tallah Mehdi Hassan Khan sahib ko jawaray rehmat mein jagah ata fermaye aur un k gher walo ko saber kerne ki taufeeq ata fermaye. If we realise that we all have to go one day then each one [of] us will be heading in the right direction. Nations like us let the legends go because we never realise how big they were when they leave us. We will miss his presence as he is and always will be a LEGEND.
