This week You! collaborated with food maestro Lubna Shariff to provide you with a recipe that is an all time favourite among youngsters. ‘Chicken nuggets’ when made at home turn out to be very economical and of course yummy too. The marinated and coated nuggets can be stored in the freezer for months. Bon appetite!
Corn flour 2 tbsps
Black pepper 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon juice few drops
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
‑Marinate the chicken pieces with tandoori masala, lemon juice, Soya sauce, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for a while.
‑Cover each marinated chicken piece with corn flour and bread crumbs.
‑Then roll it in egg and fry on a low heat till it is tender and turns golden brown.
‑Remove the nuggets on absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve it with ketchup.
