  Falling for you
  This autumn fashion is all about ladylike elegance, and the make up trends drive home the point...

As summer comes to a close, it's time to make a smooth transition into dewy foundations and deliciously creamy colours. So say goodbye to your matte mug and welcome a season of fresh shades, radiant looking skin and an overall dewy finish that tops off everything to a tee. This autumn fashion is all about ladylike elegance, and the make up trends drive home the point. The new fall makeup trends are absolutely spectacular and diverse in order to suit the style of the outfits as well as the season perfectly.

One of the new fall makeup trends that manages to stand out from the others and attract attention through its simplicity is the fall minimal makeup trend, a trend which suits everyone and which is trying to emphasise natural beauty with as little makeup as possible. Flawless skin is a must-have, which requires exfoliating and moisturising well and applying foundation and concealer carefully. When choosing a foundation for autumn, always try to test the foundation before you buy it, and whenever possible, test it in good lighting. In recent years, trends in foundation have been towards natural looking, luminous skin, even in autumn. You can never go wrong using neutral colours during the fall season. Beiges and nudes are always in style. Dark and warm colours are also popular during autumn,

However, a natural look doesn't mean no make up. Once you've got the skin just right it's time to pass onto the eyes. Tricks like natural coloured eye shadow with a touch of golden or pearled pigment will open the eye up and give you those all important doe eyes. Lines, lines and again lines... from thin winged eye lines to weird thick lines covering almost all the lid, fashion shows are stuffed with gorgeous beauty looks created just with an eyeliner. You can go for a classic version using just a soft coal pencil or you can opt for more dramatic look by using liquid eyeliner. Contouring the eyes with an eyeliner or applying a soft, nude colour eye shadow on the eyelids, an eye shadow which doesn't have a vibrant coloration, can help create a warm, soft and lovely look, a look suitable for women of all ages. The eyelashes can be coated with a black or brown coloured mascara to give the final touches to the look. We can kiss goodbye to thin over-plucked brows as now thick natural sometimes even boyish eyebrows are 'in'.

Tone down the blush. It should co-play with warm tint of complexion. Steer away from the pink shades that you used during the summer months. Instead, put darker shades on your cheeks. You can also skip the blush altogether and use a bronzer instead.

Experiment with bold colours. If you would rather use bolder shades, sample the hues before you purchase. Lips are the best area to try out bold reds and purples. Put long lasting colour on your lips. Find a lipstick in a darker autumn shade that will last you all day without fading. However, bolder shades tend to show more of the imperfections in your lips such as cracking or dead skin, this can be solved by exfoliating your lips and applying a lip balm before you add your colour.

Tips:

‑Avoid glittery makeup during the fall. Glitter andshimmers are more appropriate for the spring and summer.

‑Don't go too heavy with the eye liner in the fall.Use just enough to give your eyes more distinction.

In a nut shell:

In order to create radiant nude makeup look that

accentuates your natural beauty, all you really need is;

Foundation tone that perfectly suits your complexion

Neutral eye shadow shade

Mascara and eyeliner to make your eyes pop

A bit of blush applied to the apples of your cheekbones

Nude lip-gloss or lipstick colour to complete the look
