In an operation at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, the Airport Security Force (ASF) successfully thwarted a smuggling bid, seizing 1.9 kilograms of heroin from a passenger en route from Karachi to Jeddah.
The spokesperson revealed that the traveler, Abrar Rahool, had concealed the narcotics within soap bar compartments in his bag. ASF, detecting the illicit substances during a search, promptly intervened, leading to the seizure. Following an initial investigation and the recovery of the confiscated narcotics, the suspect has been handed over to the Anti-Narcotics Force for further inquiry and legal proceedings.
