ISLAMABAD: Former Chairman Senate Senator Mian Raza Rabbani termed the formation of the Cabinet Committee to hold elections through Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) as direct interference by the Executive in the electoral process and violation of the Constitution, 1973.
