In the rural areas of Kech, Balochistan there is a severe shortage of teachers in government schools. The lack of teachers in these areas has resulted in overcrowded classrooms, limited access to specialized subjects, and a diminished learning experience for students. Additionally, the existing teachers are overburdened with large class sizes, making it challenging for them to provide individualized attention and support to each student.
This problem further perpetuates the educational disparities between urban and rural regions, depriving students from the latter of the opportunity to receive a quality education. Addressing this issue by recruiting and deploying more qualified teachers to the rural areas is essential to improving the educational outcomes and opportunities for students in Kech and rural areas across Pakistan.
