This refers to the letter ‘Chaos element’ (February 21, 2024) by Anas A Khan. The writer has suggested that ex-commissioner Rawalpindi, instead of making controversial claims on rigging in the recently held elections, should have reached out to the concerned departments through the proper channels. In my view, the matter would have likely been swept under the carpet if he had followed the prescribed procedures.
