Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman arrived in Karachi on Saturday on a three-day visit.
Rehman was received by Sindh JUI leaders, including Maulana Rashid Soomro, Qari Muhammad Usman and Maulana Abdul Karim Abid, at the Karachi airport.
According to the JUI-F spokesperson, Rehman would chair a meeting with the party’s provincial leadership in Korangi on Sunday.
The spokesperson added that the JUI-F chief would speak on the “rigged” elections and discuss the party’s strategy to regain the “stolen” mandate.
He added that Rehman would address a press conference after the JUI-F’s Sindh chapter meeting.
