I would like Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz not to pass negative comments about the government and people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as doing so creates further antagonism at a time when it is important for the federation to be strong and united. I also feel that the KP chief minister has so far shown more maturity and he should, at all costs, avoid being swallowed up by party partisanship and should think in terms of the larger provincial and national interests.
I would also like to know why the Punjab CM went on a trip to Saudi Arabia, whereas no other provincial head has been invited. At this time the country is in very poor financial shape and there should be a minimum of foreign trips. Only the PM and/or foreign minister should go, or government officers deputed for such purposes. Provincial CMs and ministers etc should stay at home and focus exclusively on their duties.
