ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Thursday paid tribute to the people for participating in peaceful protests across the country by responding to the call of party founder Imran Khan against the ‘robbery on the mandate’.
The PTI spokesman claimed that people across the country came out in large numbers. He said that a disgusting game of power and fascism was played against the unarmed and peaceful citizens. He said that unarmed and peaceful workers were subjected to the worst reprisals and police hooliganism to satisfy the ego of the ‘mandate-stealing chief minister’ across the country, especially in Punjab.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesman strongly condemned issuance of arrest warrants for Mehmood Khan Achakzai, saying this act is an abominable state attempt to harass the political leadership and crush the growing demands for restoration of the Constitution and the law.
