LAHORE:Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi on Sunday visited Nadra Mega Centre at Shimla Pahari which was working round the clock in the city.
As soon as the federal minister reached there, citizens/applicants gathered around him and put piles of complaints before him. The Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi took notice of the citizens' complaints about lack of staff issue.
While responding to the complaints of the citizens, the federal minister assured the citizens that their complaints will be resolved soon. “I have visited the centre and reviewed the situation myself. Will quickly end the hassle of delay and waiting. Solving your problems is not a favour, but your right and our duty,” he said.
An elderly citizen while talking to Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that he was sure that you (Mohsin Naqvi) will resolve the problems of the citizens. Mohsin Naqvi announced improving the infrastructure and administration of the Nadra’s Mega Centre very soon. He said similar centres will also be established in various localities of the city where the citizens will get hassle free services.
