LAHORE: Literature enthusiasts on Sunday gathered for the launch of Saad Sibte Sultan’s inaugural novel — The Double Crescent Sword.
Those present on the occasion believed Saad's literary debut promised to be a beacon of narrative brilliance. Saad is son of noted lawyer Khawaja Haris.
Barrister Maqsooma Bokhari steered the ceremony with grace, while a panel of esteemed figures, including the distinguished poet and writer Haris Khaliq, human rights activist Dr Shafaat Yar Khan, and Dr Amera Raza, Dean of Humanities at Punjab University, Lahore, lent their perspectives on the novel's multifaceted themes.
