Court issues questionnaire to CM Gandapur

ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad while providing a questionnaire to KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the arms and liquor recovery case directed him to appear before it on May 20 in person. The court has sought replies to 9 questions from Ali Amin Gandapur. It was asked in the questionnaire if he heard the evidence arguments presented by the prosecution during the hearing. He was asked about attending a meeting in violation of the district magistrate's orders on October 30 2016. In another question, it was asked if you came in a black vehicle and ran away by taking advantage of the jungle. Police took into custody the vehicle.

Another question asked about an unlicensed gun recovered from Allah Nawaz sitting on the back seat of your vehicle in a bulletproof jacket. The court also directed Ali Amin Gandapur to appear in the court in person on May 20.
