QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Thursday dismissed the petition for action against Imran Khan under Article 6.
A bench comprising BHC Chief Justice Hashim Kakar and Justice Shaukat Rakhshani took up the petition filed against PTI founder Imran Khan for action under Article 6. This petition was filed by lawyer Amanullah Kunrani. The court the dismissed the petition over want of jurisdiction.
