A donkey who was subjected to severe torture by its owner in Hyderabad has died in Karachi’s shelter home. Multiple bones of the donkey were fractured after the animal was severely beaten up by its owner. The incident reportedly took place in Seri village in Hyderabad.
The injured animal was brought to an animal shelter of the Comprehensive Disaster Response Services in Malir where it was being treated along with the injured Camel from Sanghar whose leg was amputated as punishment after it had trespassed on a land.
The man who tortured the donkey was identified as Mir Hassan and a case was registered against him. The news of donkey s death was shared by an NGO on social media.
