ISLAMABAD: Judicial Magistrate Soheb Bilal Ranjha acquitted Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Ali Nawaz Awan and Raja Khurram Shahzad in the case filed against them on the May 9 incidents on Tuesday.
After the arguments on the plea of acquittal in the case registered in the Khanna Police Station, the court had reserved the verdict which was heard on Monday.
The hearing on the application of 22A to file a case against Nawaz Sharif and other PMLN leaders in the Arshad Sharif murder case was adjourned till July 22 without proceeding.
The hearing of the case was postponed due to the transfer of Additional District and Sessions Judge Arshad Mahmood Jasra and non-appointment of a new judge.
