ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday permitted former federal minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain to travel abroad for a period of two weeks and ordered the authorities to remove his name from the passport control list (PCL).
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq heard the petition filed by the former PTI minister seeking removal of restrictions on his oversea travel. The deputy attorney general, during hearing submitted its comments to the court. The court said the petitioner could travel abroad from August 10 to 24.
