Countries around the globe celebrate World Youth Skills Day every year on July 15. This momentous day recognizes the critical role that equipping young people with the right skills plays in their employment prospects, entrepreneurial drive and overall contribution to society.
The creativity and potential of Pakistan’s young people, with a special mention for those from rural areas, is highly commendable. But much is needed to harness this potential. All stakeholders must work together to bridge the gap between education and real-world application.
