The gap between private and public schools in Pakistan extends to almost every facet. There is an obvious difference in the quality of education, particularly when it comes to subjects like English, but also in terms of infrastructure, learning materials and even the quality of the school uniform. This puts public school students at a significant disadvantage compared to their peers in private schools. Private school students are also more likely to find opportunities abroad.
To address these issues, we need to find solutions that promote equality in education. We should focus on bringing public schools up to the standard of private schools. This means introducing better courses, improving infrastructure, and providing quality education free of cost.
