The situation in Kashmore, Sindh has reached a critical and alarming state. Citizens are grappling with rising inflation and this economic hardship is being compounded by a severe increase in kidnappings and other violent crimes. Despite continuous and dedicated efforts by the police force, including numerous operations and the sacrifice of many police constables and ASIs, the situation remains dire with no noticeable improvement. Daily life is a struggle for the residents.
The region's challenges are particularly acute in the ‘kacha’ areas of Kashmore, where the presence of criminal elements poses a significant threat. The persistent lawlessness and fear experienced by the inhabitants highlights the urgent need for a decisive operation. Such an operation would be instrumental in rooting out these criminal factions and thereby restoring a sense of security and normalcy. The government must recognize the gravity of the situation and act without delay.
