KARACHI: Army won the 11th national clay shooting championship that concluded at PN Shooting range here on Wednesday.
On the third and last day of the championship, Army won gold medal in double trap event with the score of 339/450 while silver medal was taken by PAF with the score of 337/450 and bronze medal went to Navy for scoring 331/450.
In the individual category of the event, Army’s Aamir Iqbal clinched gold medal and Mehdi from PAF won silver medal while Aminullah from Navy took bronze medal. Army won four gold, three silver, and one bronze medal for first position while Navy with two gold and three bronze medals took second position. PAF grabbed three silver and one bronze medal for third position and Sindh with one bronze medal stood fourth.
