Mushtaq confident BD spinners will trouble Pakistan

LAHORE: Bangladesh’s spin-bowling consultant Mushtaq Ahmed has expressed confidence in his team’s spinners, highlighting their potential to play a decisive role in the series.

“Spinners have an important role in Test cricket; their importance cannot be denied,” Mushtaq remarked. “Bangladesh’s spinners are a vital cog in their lineup, and they are genuine match-winners. The good thing is that the country is producing good bowlers.” Mushtaq said that the final team combination will be decided when the team arrives in Rawalpindi and assesses the pitch and weather conditions. “We will decide the combination after going to Rawalpindi and assessing the conditions there,” he said.
