A man after being robbed of cash and CNIC near the Continental Bakery in Gulistan-e-Jauhar on Wednesday went to the Gulistan-e-Jauhar police station only to find that there was no one present there who could register an FIR.
The man, Haris Ahmed, was robbed at around 8:30pm. The muggers took away his CNIC and Rs20,000 in cash. He immediately went to the Gulistan-e-Jauhar police station to register an FIR but found only one cop of the night shift there who said he could not register an FIR. The complainant said he waited there till 10am but no one arrived by then for the registration of an FIR.
