The body of a boy who had gone missing on Tuesday was discovered at the Ajmer Nagri Water Pumping Station on Wednesday.
The body was found in a 20-foot-deep tank at the pumping station within the jurisdiction of the Khawaja Ajmer Nagri police station. Residents retrieved the body from the tank and transported it to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Shortly after, an uncle of the child arrived at the hospital and identified the deceased as 12-year-old Muhammad Ali, son of Muhammad Nasir.
The uncle, Nauman, stated that Ali had been missing since 11am on Tuesday. After searching for him, the family did not wish to pursue any legal action. He further explained that Ali was the only child, his father had passed away, and his mother had remarried. Ali had been living with his uncle and relatives.
