As the world managed to counter the Covid-19 pandemic and life normalized, people uttered a sigh of relief. Unfortunately, this has not been the case in some areas of Pakistan. Political rallies remind the inhabitants of Islamabad of the lockdown era. Almost every week, the city is besieged by one political party or another. Businesses close, educational institutions go online, and social gatherings become impossible. The epidemic of political rallies is affecting the lives of the people. I think it is about time a vaccine is invented to overcome this epidemic too.
