In the rural areas of Sindh, teachers struggle to provide quality education to students but a lack of resources such as shortage of staff, furniture, proper buildings and classrooms adversely impacts their efforts and education in the rural areas as a whole.
The provincial government should and must recruit the desired number of teachers, with a special focus on female teachers, to overcome the lack of quality education because poverty in education simply means poverty in all walks of life.
