QUETTA: As many as thirteen coal miners were killed and eight injured in a rocket attack on Dukki coal mines on Thursday night, SHO Humayun Khan Nasir said.
The Geo News quoted Medical Officer Dr Johar Sadozai as saying that the Junaid coal mines in Dukki came under intense rocket attack, killing thirteen and injuring eight. The coal mine machinery was also damaged in the blaze. The death toll was likely to rise as the paper went to press late on Thursday night.
