The Nazimabad police have arrested three individuals after registering a case against them for mistreating and attacking polio workers.
The polio team was attacked with sticks, brooms and other objects in Nazimabad Block 3, and the FIR was registered on behalf of ASI Abdul Sattar.
The complainant said a woman initially refused to let children receive polio drops and then assaulted a female constable, using abusive language. The woman’s husband and brother also allegedly threatened to kill the team members. The suspects include Imran, Arsalan, and Imran's wife, Farhana.

Police on Thursday registered a case of an incident in which suspects robbed foreign nationals in District South, Karachi, on Sunday.
The FIR was registered at the Darakhshan police station based on a complaint from Sanaullah, who assisted the victims in contacting Madadgar-15.
According to the complainant, the foreign nationals were pursuing a silver-coloured Suzuki Swift when one person was seen hanging from the car door. The complainant reported that someone inside the vehicle kicked the individual, causing him to fall as the car sped away. The victims stated that they were shopping at a shopping mall in Clifton when two individuals, dressed in security uniforms, allegedly stole $1,085 from their wallet before fleeing the scene. Following the incident, the complainant notified the police via Madadgar-15.
