LAHORE: Another clash erupted between two student groups at Punjab University on Friday, reportedly in retaliation for an earlier altercation.
Following this, IJT members retaliated by targeting the other group students near Faisal Auditorium. The incident led to injuries among several students and even a policeman. In response, a large police contingent arrived at the scene to control the situation. The university spokesperson confirmed that the Vice Chancellor has called for strict disciplinary action against anyone involved in causing unrest, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to campus safety.
