Principal Ameer Uddin Medical College Prof Dr Al Fareed Zafar expressed these views while talking on the occasion of the inaugural ceremony of a C-Arm machine worth Rs4 million handed over to the Emergency Operation Theatre at the LGH.
This initiative has been taken through the donation of philanthropists whose financial support was behind it. LGH MS Dr Faryad Hussain, HoD Orthopedic and Spine Surgery Prof Muhammad Hanif Mian, Prof Khalid Kazmi, Dr Adeel Hamid, Dr Rizwan Shah, Dr Shiraz Malik, Dr Abdullah, Dr Shujauddin, Dr Mudassar, Dr Shahrukh and others were also present.
Prof Al-Fareed Zafar said that through the C-Arm machine, operations can be performed with modern bone treatment methods in case of emergency. He said that the C-Arm machine is very important for Orthopedic Operations as it will bring a lot of convenience to the patients.
