NOWSHERA: Two persons were killed when a speeding three-wheeler plunged into a deep ravine in the Nizampur area on Sunday.
The police said that a rickshaw was coming to Khairabad from Nizampur. They said that the rickshaw’s brakes failed and the driver lost control of the vehicle and fell into a ravine near the memorial erected for those who had lost lives in the Second World War.
As a result, Asad Khattak and Sher Alam died on the spot, while Qasim, and Tufail and Aftab were seriously injured. The Rescue 1122 team rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies and injured to Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex.
