ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice and sought reply from the FIA on a bail plea of the PTI founder Imran Khan in Toshakhana-2 case.
Hearing of the case was adjourned for an indefinite period of time. The bail plea came before single bench of the IHC, led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, on Monday. The special judge central had rejected the bail plea while Bushra Bibi’s plea was approved in the case. The next date of hearing will be fixed by the IHC registrar office.
