ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Tuesday granted post-arrest bail to two Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) leaders. Those granted bail included former MPA Akhtar Hussain Langove and Shafi Muhammad Mengal.
ATC Judge Abual Hasnaat Zulqarnain conducted the hearing. Both the BNP-M leaders were booked under charges relating to allegedly bringing weapons into the Senate Hall — an act considered a violation of security regulations.
During the proceedings, the court approved the post-arrest bail, instructing the two to submit surety bonds of Rs20,000 each. The case against the two leaders was registered by the Pak Secretariat police under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
