BANNU: Unidentified gunmen kidnapped a police constable from his home in the jurisdiction of Bakakhel Police Stationon Saturday. Police sources said that unknown armed men forced their entry into the house of Constable Qasim and kidnapped him.
Constable Qasim was performing duty at the Ahmadzai Police Station presently. The kidnappers have shifted him to an unknown location.
The police have registered a case and started an investigation. In recent weeks, there has been an increase in the abduction of police personnel and attacks on the police.
