LAHORE:On the third day of the ‘Dosti International Theatre Festival,’ organised by Ajoka Theatre in collaboration with the Lahore Arts Council and supported by the Punjab Government, audiences were treated to two impactful theatre performances and a medley of folk dances.
The day began with an electrifying drum circle, featuring regional dances and songs set to the rhythm of drums and dhol in a medley format. Italian artist Paolo Avataneo delivered a dynamic performance with his play !(Exclamation Mark), which featured an engaging story and captivated the audience with its humour, sparking non-stop laughter and applause. Following the Italian performance, Sheema Kermani’s Tehrik-e-Niswan group presented the acclaimed play Manto Mera Dost.
