LAHORE:The process of awarding Rs25,000 per month to 6,000 graduates has started in the first phase of Chief Minister Punjab Internship Programme. 'The internship is being conducted in various government institutions to increase the skills of 6,000 youth of the province'.
Punjab Minister for Youth Affairs, Labour Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar shared this information while presiding over an important meeting regarding the Chief Minister Punjab Internship Programme at the National Hockey Stadium on Thursday. Secretary Youth Affairs Punjab Muzaffar Khan Sial, DG Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab Khizar Afzaal, the officers of Bank of Punjab, PITB and Chamber of Commerce attended the meeting.
Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that public sector institutions were also included in the programme and the second phase of the programme is also being started soon. He that the development of the youth is the vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, for which effective measures are being taken across the province.
