LAHORE: The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has declared eight Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers innocent and Hassan Niazi’s sister guilty in Jinnah House attack case.
Lahore’s Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Manzar Ali Gul Wednesday heard Jinnah House attack and arson case.
The court was informed the JIT has declared eight PTI workers, including women, innocent in the investigation.
The lawyers of the acquitted persons withdrew bail applications, on which the court dismissed bail pleas as withdrawn.
The JIT declared Hajra Niazi, sister of Hassan Niazi guilty in the investigation. Fatima Haider, Bina Zeeshan and Rukhsana Naveed were also found guilty.
Later, the court extended the interim bail of Hajra Niazi and others till January 15.
The Sarwar Road Police Station had registered a case against the accused in the Jinnah House attack case.
