LAHORE: In a collaboration of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Religious Affairs for Hajj and Umrah and Pakistan's Ministry of Religious Affairs, all respective issues for pilgrims of Pakistan are being resolved.
This was claimed by Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi, Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council, Secretary General International Tazeem-e-Harmain Al-Sharifain Council, Chairman Hajj Organisers Association while addressing a joint press conference here on Sunday at Lahore Press Club.
Tahir Ashrafi and Chairman Hajj Organisers Association from Punjab Ahsanullah said that pilgrims from Pakistan visiting Hajj and Umrah in 2025 through private companies will obey all respective rules and laws of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. They said that there was a complete understanding and coordination between the government and Hajj Organisers Association, adding all respective arrangements for Hajj 2025 were being made exemplary. The press conference termed 'Israeli map' a bid to fan terrorism and conspiracy to disrupt peace of the world, adding, ‘We refute this Israeli act.’
Speaking with the media, Mehmood Ashrafi and Ahsanullah said that 904 Hajj organisers companies of private sector have started booking for Hajj 2025 from Pakistan. They urged the Pakistani pilgrims to contact with the registered companies for pilgrim, adding Hajj organisers Association have an accountable and transparent mechanism and Ministry of Religious Affairs had lauded the arrangements by private organisers in 2024.
