It was decided in the government negotiating committee meeting chaired by the National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in his chamber.

It was decided that the sub-committee of the government negotiating committee would decide whether a judicial commission would be formed or not.
Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar gave a briefing on each point of the PTI’s charter of demands.
The committee decided to meet again on Wednesday (today).
Speaking to the media after the meeting, parliamentary PMLN party leader in the Senate and spokesperson for the government’s negotiating committee Senator Irfan Siddiqui said the government negotiating committee will give a detailed written response to the PTI’s demands for a judicial commission, including the one on May 9 and November 26, within seven days.
He said in Tuesday’s meeting, the demands of the PTI were reviewed in detail.
“Our meetings will continue today (Wednesday) and on Thursday,” he said.
Siddiqui said the representatives of all seven parties were present in the committee meeting and there was a very fruitful discussion.
He said no final decision had been taken regarding the establishment of the judicial commission, as consultations were ongoing on the issue.
He further said, “We are doing our work. You will know when our work is completed,” he replied when asked about the timeframe for finalizing the government’s reply on the PTI’s demand.
Siddiqui said the fourth round of the negotiation committee would be held after the completion of seven working days.
“In our opinion, when the third meeting ended, the fourth meeting was scheduled,“ he said.
He further said the government legal committee had not given any opinion yet.
“The draft of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been examined but no opinion has been made in this regard,” he said.
Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah said a sub-committee had been formed, which was examining the PTI’s charter of demands.
He said the committee will prepare a response to the PTI’s demands.
”In the upcoming negotiations with the opposition, we will give the government’s position on the PTI’s demands,” he said.
To a question with regard to the statement of Barrister Gohar Ali Khan that if the judicial commission was not formed within seven days, they will not hold negotiations, Rana Sanaullah said, “Whatever they say, but we will give them a written response.”
“Whether the government will form the judicial commission or not, it would be known from our reply, which we will give to the PTI,” he said.
Dr. Farooq Sattar told the media that he could not tell what was discussed in the meeting, as preparations were underway for the fourth round of talks.
