Beijing AI Force Tech and a local company have signed an MoU to for modern AI-based machinery for solid waste, as per the Special Investment Facilitation Council. The Chinese company will also help set up a plant to manufacture robotic agricultural equipment in Punjab and develop an e-mechanised model farm near Lahore. The farm will reportedly use electric tractors, harvesters, land levellers and other machinery.
AI Force Tech will install a solar energy system on the greenhouse for charging purposes. AI Force Tech will also introduce driver-less electric tractors in Punjab. It is hoped that this project will help Punjab and the country move towards modern, efficient, and eco-friendly technology in farming and waste management.
