RAWALPINDI: Two Pakistani soldiers were injured after the Indian forces committed ceasefire violations at Deva and Bagsar sectors on Wednesday (Feb 12), security sources said, revealing details of the involvement of Indian forces and intelligence agencies in terrorist acts in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, as well as ceasefire violations at the Line of Control (LoC).
In a recent incident, the security forces recovered four improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in areas of Battal sector and Rawalakot from February 4 to 6, where one civilian was martyred as a result of an IED blast.
Security sources said there is history of Indian forces’ unprovoked firing across the Line of Control (LoC) and involvement in sabotage acts. “Indians are attempting sabotage acts through transportation and use of IEDs at LoC,” the source said.
“As per evidence, India was found involved in 54 acts of planting IEDs since the year 2016. The incidents of IED blasts and IEDs recovery have increased in Chakothi, Neza Pir, Kot Kotera, Battal and other sectors,” the sources said, adding that several civilians were martyred and injured in the IED blasts.
India has been transporting the IEDs, weapons and drugs to Bagh, Battal, Deva and other areas, added the sources.
Pakistani authorities have registered protest with the Indian authorities over supply of IEDs and attempts to create unrest in Poonch, Bagh, Kotli, Mirpur and Rawalakot. The local authorities also shared with the United Nations officials evidence of India’s involvement in sabotage acts. In order to level false allegations against Pakistan Army of infiltration from the LoC, the Indian forces commit fake encounters and false flag operations.
The Indian authorities are also involved in smuggling of drugs and weapons inside Pakistan with the help of double agents who are also assisted by India’s border units. “Later, these double agents are killed to show them as Pakistanis,” the source said. The Indian Army also punished three Rajput, 12 Jatts and other units for using their army’s sources to smuggle drugs and weapons.
The incidents of suicides in the Indian Army are also on the rise every year. “In order to hide such incidents, the Indian Army shows that they were killed in firing from two sides,” the security sources said.
Defence experts say India was trying to create a gulf between Pakistan Army and the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir by creating unrest there. They said the Indian Army was trying to hide its crimes in Indian Occupied Kashmir by levelling allegations of infiltration against Pakistan Army. Moreover, the Indian Army, through ceasefire violations, was trying to instigate Pakistan and harass Kashmiris.
Defence experts feel that prior to visit of Prime Minister Modi to the United States, such attempts are being made to wrongly prove that Pakistan supports terrorism.
On the other hand, undeniable evidence of India’s involvement in terror acts in the US, Canada, UK and Australia have been found.
