A few days ago, I visited Loralai in Balochistan. I was deeply impressed by the city’s public libraries. These libraries attract hundreds of people every day. Those who used to sit around and waste their precious time can now be seen entering these libraries with the objective to learn and enhance knowledge and join the competitive race for building an ideal and enlightened future.
The local authorities have really done a great job. Other administrations would do well to follow suit.
