ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra has decided to write a letter to the Ministry of Law and Justice regarding the jail trial for Judicial Complex attack case.
The court also initiated proceedings to declare Hammad Azhar and Farrukh Habib as absconders in the case.
During the hearing on Saturday, eight accused, including Shibli Faraz, appeared in the court. Sardar Beshti Advocate said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder is also an accused in the case. The judge said due to the absence of the PTI founder, the trial is not progressing yet. “I am writing a letter to the Ministry of Law and Justice for the jail trial of the case.”
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till March 17.
