ISLAMABAD: The federal government has called a four-day meeting of the Central Selection Board from March 10 for the promotion of officers to grades 20 and 21, in which 1,000 officers will be promoted.
while a meeting of the High-Powered Selection Board for promotion from BS-21 to 22 is likely to be called at the end of this month, in which more than 40 officers will be promoted to grade 22.
According to a notification issued by the Establishment Division for calling the Central Selection Board meeting, the agenda and working papers will be issued soon. The board meeting will approve promotion of officers from grade 19 to 20 and from 20 to 21. The meeting will be chaired by Federal Public Service Commission Chairman Lt-Gen (R) Akhtar Nawaz Sati.
