Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) central leader Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafferi, has said the European countries are fully responsible for the worsened peace situation in the Middle East.
He stated this while addressing an Iftar reception organised by the Karachi MWM for leaders of different political and religious
organisations.
The senator recalled that imperialist forces had been responsible for the expulsion of the Palestinians from their native land and allowing the construction of Jewish settlements in Palestine.
He told the audience that the illegitimate state of Israel had threatened the peace of the entire world. He praised the Islamic resistance forces active in the Middle East that collectively torpedoed the plan to create the Great Israeli state in the Middle East.
He said the European nations that were otherwise champions of democracy in the world did not come to the rescue of the oppressed people of Gaza.
He said the governments of the European nations had completely ignored the pro-Palestinan protests on university campuses in their countries. He said that anti-Israeli protests in Europe had exposed the hypocritical nature of democracies in European countries.
Jafferi said the defeat of Israel at the hands of Muslim resistance forces showed the failure of the United States and European countries in the Middle East.
