Ahmed Faraz Road in the F-10 sector of Islamabad is the most neglected road in the capital. Ever since the completion of 11th Avenue, the construction debris has been used to close the u turns on the road. There is also no planning for the replantation of vegetation that was uprooted to make way for 11th Avenue.
The abrupt closure of the Ahmed Faraz Road towards the Margalla Road has now become a vantage point for the fruit vendors. As a result, the garbage cans near 14th street are overflowing. The residents are saddened to see how ugly the road has become as it was once a green area. I request the relevant authorities to redress the grievances of the residents of Ahmed Faraz Road.
