Trees absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen, constantly purifying the air and making it breathable. Without this natural process, oxygen levels in the atmosphere would decline. Trees are a fundamental part of the environment and ecosystem and are essential for maintaining ecological balance.
However, deforestation is occurring at an alarming rate. Large-scale tree cutting and forest burning are significantly increasing greenhouse gas emissions, exacerbating global warming. It is the government’s responsibility to take immediate action and enforce strict measures to prevent illegal deforestation.
