LAHORE: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) undertook a comprehensive cleaning operation to ensure a top level cleanliness in city on the Easter festival. As part of special cleanliness measures, LWMC ensured the cleaning and washing of 266 churches across the city prior to Easter. Additionally, over 15,000 Christian workers, supervisors, and more than 1,500 Christian drivers and helpers received advance salaries and bonuses on Easter. The cleaning process was also completed in 79 Christian colonies, with efforts aimed at maintaining cleanliness for the community’s Easter worship services. —Correspondent
