Rawalpindi:The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Rawalpindi has launched special beautification initiatives at the Faizabad Interchange. The area has been adorned with vibrant seasonal flowers, artistic wall designs, and attractive planters. Significant improvements have also been made in horticulture to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the site.
In this regard, Director General of PHA Rawalpindi, Ahmed Hassan Ranjha, paid a special visit to the Faizabad Interchange to inspect the decoration, horticulture arrangements, and floral displays.
During his visit, he issued special instructions to the concerned staff to further improve cleanliness, landscaping, and decorative elements. Emphasizing PHA’s commitment to a greener and more beautiful city, DG Ranjha said, "All available resources are being utilized to transform Rawalpindi into the most beautiful and green city in Punjab."
He reiterated that providing quality recreational spaces and a clean environment is the core responsibility of PHA and stressed that no negligence in this regard will be tolerated. The staff was also directed to ensure better maintenance of lush green plants and colorful flowers along the city's greenbelts.
Ahmed Hassan Ranjha reaffirmed PHA’s mission to create a cleaner and greener Rawalpindi, while also providing enjoyable public spaces. He appealed to the citizens to cooperate with PHA in maintaining these green initiatives and preserving the city’s beauty.
